On September 17, 2025, members of the DI-MARC project team – Milan Franić (Municipality of Erdut), Siniša Bulajić (Entrepreneurship and Development Centre of the Municipality of Erdut, Local Development Agency Ltd.) and Marija Šimatović (Association of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities Jaglac Orahovica) visited the Center for Education, Training and Development Support Dr. Terezija Salaj Rakić – Virovitica (COOR Virovitica) as part of the dissemination activities of the DI-MARC project – “Digital Marketing Capacity Building – Empowering Persons with Physical Disabilities for Remote Work”.
On this occasion, the project, its implemented activities and achieved results were presented, and discussions were held on the importance of digital skills and the opportunities they provide for persons with disabilities.
During the visit, dissemination activities were also carried out – promotional materials were distributed to persons with disabilities with the aim of informing them about the opportunities offered by digital marketing and encouraging greater inclusion in online work.
The DI-MARC project is significant because it:
-strengthens the digital competences of persons with physical disabilities,
-increases their opportunities to participate in the labor market through online tools and platforms,
-fosters social inclusion through the cooperation of local communities, associations, and institutions.
