Objective

Developing the mechanisms, based on scientific evidence, to build the digital marketing skills and competences of PWPD, which will help them to take a part in the remote work opportunities existing on various remote work platforms and offered by different businesses

Specific objectives

Conducting in-depth analysis of the platforms for remote work and their requirements in terms of digital marketing skills and competences

Developing the methodology for assessing the levels of digital marketing skills and competences of PWPD in project countries

Using the created methodology to assess the levels of digital marketing skills and competences of the PWPD in project countries

Identifying the gap between the levels of digital marketing skills and competences of PWPD and the requirements of remote work platforms

Developing and delivering the training program for PWPD to build their digital marketing skills and competences to help them overcome the identified gap in their knowledge (skills and competences) and the requirements of the virtual labor market

Evaluating the achievements of the PWPD in project countries by assessing the levels of their digital marketing skills and competences after the training program

Investigating the factors causing some PWPD to perform better over the others after the training program.
