OVERVIEW

Project DI-MARC aims at building remote work competences in the area of digital marketing for the PWPD in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro by providing empirical evidence on the level of their digital marketing skills and competences and offering mechanisms for improving their employability in remote work platforms.

The project is directed towards upskilling and reskilling of PWDP in the area of digital marketing skills and competences using relevant competence frameworks (DigComp, EntreComp, EmDigital) as conceptual guidelines.

Empowering PWDP by improving their employability, and thus reducing the risk of poverty and minimizing the digital divide and their distance to the labor market fulfills the strategic priorities of the call and represents a confirmation of the relevance of this project proposal to the scope of the call.

DI-MARC specific objectives are:

2. To develop the methodology for assessing the levels of digital marketing skills and competences of PWPD in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro.

3. To use the created methodology to assess the levels of digital marketing skills and competences of the PWPD in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro.

4. To identify the gap between the levels of digital marketing skills and competences of PWPD and the requirements of remote work platforms.

5. To develop and deliver the training program for PWPD to build their digital marketing skills and competences to help them overcome the identified gap in their knowledge (skills and competences) and the requirements of the virtual labor market.
