PROGRAM AIMING TO DEVELOP THE MECHANISMS,
BASED ON SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE, TO BUILD
THE DIGITAL MARKETING
DI-MARC project has been initiated in line with the main priorities of the Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) Work Programme for 2022, by Institute of Economic Sciences and its partners in response to European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) program aiming to develop the mechanisms, based on scientific evidence, to build the digital marketing skills and competences of persons with physical disabilities (PWPD), which will help them to take a part in the remote work opportunities existing on various remote work platforms and offered by different businesses.
DI-MARC consortium represents a combination of expertise from the scientific domain, regional development, local governance and training with the aim to respond to the needs of PWPD in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro in a very innovative and accessible way.
Besides the scientific research institution, 3 categories of partners have been identified and invited to the consortium:
- local government (because of their direct link to the understating the needs of the PWDP on a local level);
- training organizations (experience in project preparation, implementation, and reporting is very important for the realization of projects activities) and
- association of PWD (direct beneficiaries that will benefit from its realization. This is especially pronounced in the case of employment because the potential of PWPD has been neglected, and due to the small opportunities, they remain on the margins of society).
All partners will bring a significant added value to the project, grounded in common values and goals:
- All partners enjoy high research and social acceptance;
- All partners have competence in dealing with multi-stakeholder projects;
- All partners have participated in projects related to promoting social progress, particularly in the Western Balkans area and in EU enlargement-related initiatives;
- All partners have extensive experience in performing surveys, needs assessments and training;
- All partners have a good communication with associations of PWD in the their countries.
