At the beginning of June (04th and 06th June 2024), partner’s meeting on the DI-MARC project was held in Podgorica. At the meeting, attended by project partners Ljiljana Marković from the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration Belgrade, Anđela Đokić from MAMM, and Aleksandra Pavićević from the Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro, the main topics were progress of the project implementation and the next steps.
During the meeting, partners discussed the current status of the project implementation as well as the upcoming activities. Special emphasis was placed on the selection process of candidates for the training sessions planned for October 2024, as well as on activities related to curriculum development. It was agreed that special attention will be paid to gender equality during the candidate selection process. Also, the training sessions will be organized to accommodate the needs of people with physical disabilities, who are the target group of the project.
Ljiljana Marković, a member of the DI-MARC project team from RADEI Belgrade, emphasized the importance of activities related to dissemination and communication within the project. It was particularly highlighted that effective communication and dissemination of information about the DI-MARC project are crucial for achieving the project’s goals. The partners agreed that it is necessary to intensify cooperation with local communities and organizations to ensure broader support for the project.
