At a prestigious ceremony organized by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), the Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year for 2024 were officially announced. Among the six outstanding winners was Anđela Đokić, a member of the DI-MARC team from the company MAMM in Montenegro.
Anđela was awarded the title of Tourism Woman Entrepreneur as the founder of FitCamp Montenegro, an innovative nature-based retreat that promotes sustainable tourism and actively supports the empowerment of women through local networks and community engagement. Her dedication to developing environmentally responsible and inclusive tourism experiences was recognized as a best practice model in the region.
Selected from more than 200 nominated women entrepreneurs, Anđela stood out for her vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and socially responsible approach, which is further reflected in her active involvement in the international DI-MARC project, focused on empowering people with disabilities in the field of digital marketing.
This recognition is not only a significant achievement for Anđela, but also a strong encouragement for the entire DI-MARC team, confirming that their work contributes not only to inclusion and digital transformation, but also to the broader social and economic development of the Western Balkans region.
