To facilitate the activities outlined in Work Package 3, “Digital Marketing Capacity Assessment” the first step included developing a tool/questionnaire to assess competencies in digital marketing. In the second step, freelancers were selected to participate in the validation of the created questionnaire. On February 22, 2024, an online roundtable discussion was held with freelancers not only from consortium member countries, Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro but also with freelancers from Kuwait and Oman. The objective was to validate the created tool for assessing competencies in digital marketing. The total number of freelancers who participated in the roundtable was 16. This resulted in discussions and ideas on how to improve the questionnaire.
